"Working with 10xViz during my Smartsheet renewal was one of the best decisions I made in 2025 for several reasons. Smartsheet was going through, and still is going through, a lot of transitioning in which my account management team changes 3 times in one year. I did not feel that my company was getting the level of attention it needed to really be successful during the renewal period, especially as it pertained to the New User Model.
