Event FAQs

Where is the event and what’s included in my ticket?

Efficiency Live will take place in Loveland, Colorado. Your ticket includes full workshop access, hands-on build sessions, printed materials, and networking opportunities with fellow professionals across industries.  
You will be responsible for all costs associated with dining, transportation, and overnight accommodation. We will provide a team lunch on the last day of the event and will provide you with a hotel discount link after registering.  

We’ve partnered with TownePlace Suites by Marriott in downtown Loveland to offer discounted room blocks for attendees. Details and booking links will be shared after registration. If you’re traveling with a team, we can also recommend group-friendly options nearby. 

Transportation is not included, but the venue is easily accessible by car and rideshare. If you’re flying into Denver International Airport (DIA), Loveland is about an hour north by car. Groome Transportation is a transit shuttle that will allow you to get from DIA to the TownePlace Suites in Loveland in about 1-hour. 

Efficiency Live is thoughtfully designed for all experience levels. Our sessions are structured to support both newer users and seasoned pros, with plenty of 1:1 support from Smartsheet solution experts. If you are new to Smartsheet, we suggest signing up for the Ultimate PM Toolkit Bootcamp.
