Working with 10xViz during my Smartsheet renewal was one of the best decisions I made in 2025 for several reasons. Smartsheet was going through, and still is going through, a lot of transitioning in which my account management team changes 3 times in one year. I did not feel that my company was getting the level of attention it needed to really be successful during the renewal period, especially as it pertained to the New User Model. Lastly, I was given inaccurate information from Smartsheet about the annual renewal and new user model that caused incredible stress and tension within my company and put our entire utilization model of Smartsheet at risk.

I met 10xViz at the 2024 Smartsheet Engage conference and they impressed me with the family-oriented and collaborative approach to my questions and engagement. After a few weeks of discussion with the 10xViz team I made the decision to switch from going direct with Smartsheet to purchasing through 10xViz and not only did I save money but their level of customer service, commitment, and compassion during the transition was unparalleled. I was talking to the CEO of 10xViz on a regular basis and she made herself completely available to me. That is just not something you see in today's SaaS world. They cleared up confusion on the new model, reassured me of how we would be supported during the transition and for anything we would need in the future, and that nowhere along the way would we ever be alone in the upcoming change and new Smartsheet landscape.

10xViz has always been incredibly responsive to all of our inquiries and, to my surprise initially (not a surprise anymore), they are proactive in providing resources, outreach, training, etc. to their clients. Jennifer, and the stellar team she has assembled, have completely exceeded my expectation and I am supremely confident that we have found a longer-term partner for Smartsheet.

When we thought about project management, our organization had over 80 offices across the US and the technology business that we were trying to consolidate and really track projects, seamlessly. Unfortunately, before we met 10xViz we were all independently doing our own project tracking. There was no ability to have resource availability across the organization, so we were inefficient. We couldn't track budget control or any other important key indicators for our project success.

10xViz made it seamless for us. They came in with their white glove service, put as many resources as were needed to get the job done, and made it efficient for us because we were trying to fix a lot of problems across the organization at the same time. They interviewed each part of our organization, found the key components we were trying to accomplish, then went to work and got it done — from my estimate, a very quick time frame for such a large organization.

Life after implementing this with 10xViz has been amazing. We're able to actively interact with our clients through a dashboard they can see and hold our project team accountable, allocate resources across the organization, track budget controls, look at cost savings actively, and anticipate project overruns before they even become an issue.

If you're thinking about how to best transition to better efficiencies with your project management organization, 10xViz is the way to go. They helped us solve our problems and create additional efficiencies we weren't even looking for.

Before working with 10xViz, I struggled with putting my vision to the Smartsheet dashboard. It was eye opening to work with the team — it was wonderful because I was actually able to see my vision and visualize it; the team was able to read my mind in what I wanted. I was able to learn new solutions and formulas that I had not even thought of and put them to work on a complete dashboard.

After seeing all the pain points that occurred with my team and the frustration, the time loss, the potential inaccuracy in our data once again because of all the double entry points — working with 10xViz was just absolutely needed.

This process has been amazing because we were actually able to customize all our needs: the automations, the notification pieces, being able to see in real time our archived data from the previous year and how that's going to transfer over. I mean, all of it was just lost before.

What we really needed was a one-stop shop working space — something user-friendly, something our team members could have their own individual space to work in. We were working in a Google spreadsheet all at once, and one error in the sheet could throw off everything. So we needed something that would allow each individual student success advocate to have something seamless for themselves, but also a space for me as the director to have a higher-level view across our system, across all our schools.

This allowed me to see a high-level view of what our team members needed and where I needed to step in to support, or where we needed to help each other out — we can see it at a glance, because now we have a workspace with that information.

My experience with the 10xViz team has been incredible. I highly, highly recommend the 10xViz team. You think you can build it on your own, you want to build it on your own — maybe some people don't, but I do. The power of hiring a consultant to take something out of your head and bring it into Smartsheet, the value that adds, the time it saves you, and the overall quality of the solution output is indescribable.

They are always up to date on the bleeding edge of what Smartsheet has to offer, what new features are coming out, and how those features and functionality can best fit your business issues and how to best implement them into solutions.

Hire a consultant, because you'll be happy you did it. You'll never regret the money you spent on a highly professional, highly skilled consultant that knows what they're doing and will save you a ton of time.

Working with 10xViz has been an absolute pleasure.
